Help Desk Confessionals

I'm a systems administrator who provides tech support, data analysis, and report generation for about 300 users. No support staff. No other help. Just me.

Last Week

Monday, September 13, 2004

Last week was a slow week. Very quiet. The problem with that was like babysitting my one-year old - when it gets too quiet you begin to wonder what the heck he is doing and start going around looking for him. Not that I called around all the offices looking for problems - that would make me paranoid. Like that Stacie chick on the Apprentice last week.
